2.5 kg of cleaned fruit, sugar to taste
"Džemko" - 1 bag
From the cleaned fruit juice dissolve one cup to mix with a bag of "Džemko", which was previously dry mixed with sugar. Put sugar and fruit to be cooked. When boiling, add the diluted "Džemko" and mix thoroughly. Boil 10 min. Then, immediately pour into hot jars and leave to cool and tighten. You get a healthy 6-7 jars of jam and thick. The same procedure can be done for flavored pumpkin jam. Add a sweetener instead of sugar for diabetics.
