sugar - 750gr, water - 5 lit
citric acid - 20gr
1 bottle Peach extract "ETERIKA"
Make a caramel of 250g sugar (by frying until golden brown) Add 1 liter of water to boil. Then add rest of sugar and 20 grams citric acid. Cook until melted. In this paste add 4 liters of cold water. Add 2 bottles of extract of peach in the chilled mixture . Allow to cool down until serving. The same procedure, but without carameling sugar (only 1/2 kg sugar) with the addition of two bottles of lemon extract or 2 bottles of orange extract obtained lemonade or orangeade.
